And what about the flip side of the coin??
I have an 8 year old son with Autism, he is not allowed to attend school because of the extreme meltdowns, I have cried out to EVERYONE for help and therapy, but because of where we live in Ontario therapy is not available to him, we are out the the catchment area for all of the large cities and no one is willing to give him that therapy!
So then what do i do? Im not willing to give up fighting but it is such a long hard battle, and someday it feels like I live in a third world country not Canada!

I too especially like this part "It’s true that early diagnosis is key to treating Autism, but it’s just the key. You have to use that key, open the door and go through it and until you do, the diagnosis was for nothing."
